It's quite normal to have to replace a part of a professional machine at times. Just send an email to sixstarservice@boska.com with the following subject line: Replacement part for [name of machine]. Also mention the part number and name and include a photo of the part in this email. You can find the name of the part in the parts list, at the end of the machine's user manual. This will allow us to assist you as quickly as possible.
